There will be a Community-Led Housing focussed event at this years UKREiiF conference in Leeds.

The session, “Community-Led Housing: A Scalable Model for Impact-Focused Regeneration”, will take place on the Public-Private Sector Stage (Level 3, Royal Armouries) from 11:30–12:30. It will bring together practitioners to share real delivery experience, demonstrate measurable social and economic impact, and explore how community-led approaches can scale within mainstream housing and regeneration.

  • Jimm Reed – CEO, Leeds Community Homes & People Powered Homes

The event be drawing on live examples from YORSpace and The Florrie CLT to ground the discussion in practice and highlight partnership working, including with local authorities.
Jimm will be focussing on the role of the community-led housing practitioner, particularly in supporting groups at both a grassroots level and from a strategic perspective.
