Our friends at Yorspace have won their first award for the fantastic Lowfield Green scheme in York! Jimm and Charles Lewis of Resonance were on hand in Birmingham last week at the National Housing Innovation Awards, to collect the prize for Most Innovative Newbuild scheme on behalf of Yorspace. The award was for most innovative new build scheme at the 2026 Housing Innovation awards.
The project is also lined up as finalist for the SEYH Social Investment award later this month.
