We are delighted to announce that one of our supported groups in York finally have a ‘start on site’ date at Lowfield Green. YorSpace has secured the development funds needed to build the homes and have agreed with our builder, PureHaus, a start date of 15th July!
Work begins with groundworks; putting in pipes and laying the foundations ready for the homes to start going up towards the end of the summer / early autumn. Phase 1 of the build will include 14 homes in total including 2, 3 and 4 bed homes with private gardens, communal landscaping and 12 car parking spaces. We hope that residents will be able to move in, Summer 2025.
