Save money and the planet with insulation
As part of People Powered Homes’ role as the housing partner for the Climate Action Leeds project, we paid a visit to a community Retrofit Project in Beeston. I met up with Selomun and Ed. After getting advice and training from local retro fitters they have taken on the task to make the house as low carbon and green as possible. When the house is finished it will be used to house people seeking asylum and facing homelessness. It’s really inspiring to see grassroots community action happening in Leeds!
